This is a very versatile sauce in which a tomato base is combined with spices and EVOO to create a perfectly balanced flavour profile. Rich, deeply savoury and flavoursome.
Add it to your favourite pasta or rice dish, use it as a base for more elaborated sauces or even as a dipping sauce, the possibilities are endless.
Specially recommended for bolognese and other tomato based sauces.

  • Ingredients

    Tomato (tomato, salt, acid: citric acid), extra virgin olive oil (5.3 %), onion, sugar, garlic, mild paprika, salt.

  • Storage

    Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated below 8°C and consume within 3 days.
