This first cold-pressed EVOO is made from purple-green olives that are crushed using a stone wheel and then extracted using a centrifugal method within 12 hours of being harvested. An amazing everyday olive oil which is equally great for dipping, delicious when drizzled over salad, houmous, Greek yoghurt & halloumi cheese.
