The flavours are full of stalky fruit and sweet nuts with lightly toasty tones to start. This is followed by a build-up of artichokes and bitter almond skins with a touch of liquorice.
Some pepperiness joins the mix with bittersalad herbs and tomato skins lingering into the softer aftertaste which manages to be both sweet and spicy.
This is a medium style of oil which is both complex and very well balanced.
